Taïeb Hafsi is Professor of Strategy and Society at HEC Montréal. He has written numerous articles and books about strategic management and organizational change.

His work has been published in reputable journals, including the Administrative Science Quarterly, the Academy of Management Review, the British Journal of Management, and the Journal of Management Studies. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
